Clock Help

I just got my MyTouch 3g (HTC Magic) and it had the clock on the right of the homepage thing (don't know what its generally called), so i threw it into the bin and figured that it might be with the rest of my app and i could just drag it back out. I am not able to find it again and I am wondering how i can get it back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not quite sure how this looks on MT3, but this should get you there. Long press on an empty spot on the home screen and add a widget. Then find your clock.
