Try going into Settings, then Display, then turn on Always on display.

Sorry, i was confusing Always on screen with the actual lock screen.
Try Settings > Display > scroll down to Basic and tap on Screen Timeout then choose Keep screen on.

That would eat the battery like crazy you know. The phone will have no battery left in about 5hrs.
It seems we're out of settings options so time to look at some apps for that. There are many, many options in the Google Play Store. I don't have any particular favorite. I haven't worried about Stay Awake since the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 came out. Actually you should look at clocks in the Play Store too. Some of them have always on or set times for being on options which can turn your phone into a great nightstand companion.
