Clock set-up

I've just bought this Samsung S6. Never had a smart phone before, so this is probably a daft question, but: The phone things I'm in Novokurdistan or somewhere, a time zone 6 hours ahead of GMT. When I select the clock it gives me 3 options: alarm, timer and stopwatch. I can't see how to change the time zone.

Thanks in advance if anyone can point me in the right direction.
