Do you have Automatic time turned on in the settings? If so, perhaps it's adjusting it for the end of daylight savings time? I don't know where you live, but maybe the network time server for your area is wrong as it's using old data?
I live in Canada using the 3G version and the first few hours I had it, the time was set manually without issue. Once I noticed it wasn't on Auto, I changed it and it still keeps the correct time, so I don't know why yours is different.
