Personally I use Weatherbug, but if you're looking for something that looks like the Sense clock/weather app, then Beautiful Widgets would be a good choice.

Beautiful widgets for me, very customizeable with skins, look, information. I have weather bug elite linked to pull up from the 5 day forecast. (clicking the time pulls up my calendar, clicking the weather pulls up 5 day forecase, clicking that 5 day pulls up weatherbu elite!)
