There are digital clocks in the market like Flip Clock but, as of yet, they can't be used like widgets. Once Google releases a widget SDK most of these apps will be remade as widgets. However, if you're just looking for a digital clock you can run just as a regular app, check the market.

Yes, you can and you can also completely change the themes of the phone as well but you need root access to do so.....
