Root clockwork, what am i doing wrong

Im in clockworkmod recovery using ROM MANAGER.
Download went succesfull.

When i boot in to recovery i only get to see this:

The left side, (almost similair) But im missing Partition menu and Nandroid.

Should see this

I'm wondering if the version of CWM you're running is compatible with your OS.

I am wondering why you would install your CWM via ROM Manager? And also some old version? 1.4 ?

btw I do believe "backup" == "nandroid"

I got my CWM via a nice kernel through the kernel flasher (speedmod kernel) before I did the backup of the stock kernel so I can revert back. But with your recovery no idea if you can still do it . Am new at this too
