Help ClockworkMod intallation

Once you're rooted, it's just a case of downloading ROM Manager from the market and then using that to flash ClockWorkMod... at least that's how I got it on my Desire HD and I would have thought that it would be the same for you :)

This did not work for me... :eek:
1. Downloaded ROM manager
2. attempted to install ClockworkMod
3. selected Optimus One version (as suggested by an article it won't let me link to as this is my first post)
4. (I was charging the phone over USB when I selected "Reboot in Recovery".)
5. The boot failed (stopped at the second "STALL GET_DESCRIPTOR 128 6 ..." line)

Now when I reboot the phone I get the following:

"Fastboot mode started
udc_start()"

When USB is connected I get:

"Fastboot mode started
udc_start()
-- suspend --
-- reset --
-- portchange --
-- reset --
-- portchange --
fastboot: processing commands
STALL GET_DESCRIPTOR 128 6 3840 0 244"

Also, I attempted a factory reset by holding volume down then holding the power button, no effect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I REALLY hope I didn't brick my phone by trying to back up my phone so I wouldn't brick my phone....

Thanks,
Jim
