i don't believe there is any obvious way to tell if the phone that you are using is a clone, other than calling your provider and matching up serial numbers/MEIDs.
on the flip side, if you believe someone cloned your phone and is using it elsewhere, you would also have to call your provider and they should be able to determine if your phone has been cloned.
