If you really want to send things to other people, especially large files then use the free cloud services out there. Samsung, Microsoft (Skydrive), Dropbox, google etc. all offer free cloud drives (Amount that is free depends on who is offering it.

Just upload your files to your cloud drive (Can be set to automatically on your S3 or PC) then they are there for you to send. Basically you just send the link to whoever you want and that person can either view it or download it. The other person does not have to be signed up to access it either and they can do so from a PC or mobile device. You can control who has access to your uploaded files, take them down or change them at any time. Also uploading them does not take up room on your phone or computer (As you can delete the files from your device afterwards) and no restrictions on transfer limits as long as you don't go over your drive limit. One nice feature is you can also just unsync the service or uninstall it if you need to hide your files from your Phone, tablet or PC completely. Re add it and they instantly reappear again.
