Root CM7 to CM10

Hello! Can anyone tell me how to install the newest CM10 on my Ace? I currently have CM7, do I need to delete it or I can slap CM10 on top of it?

Flash it exactly as you flashed CM7.
3xWipe, 3xformat and install zip. Its should be given on the CM10 thread.

I heard Wi-Fi doesn't work. Is that true?

I don't think so, that's a very big issue, if it were then i would have known about it. I use PAC rom, its based on CM10.1, but i never use wifi so i can't say.
