Anyone know what is a good Task Killer? I'm tired of my battery dying due to running apps and crap.

Idling apps (unless badly coded) do not drain the battery. Killing all tasks repeatedly, however, will.

If you dl and run an app called Spareparts (it is free), you can see which apps in particular are draining your battery. Understanding what apps are using battery is typically more useful than just killing apps in general - it might be a live wallpaper for example.

I just turned mine off this morning. Doesn't task-killing interfere with the performance of some apps or the phone? Even if you carefully select which apps to ignore, sometimes you miss some and then experience unintended results. If I'm wrong about this pls let me know.
