Help Codes do not work

I read that to enter the service menu on the Galaxy S6 you enter *#0*# into the keypad. I do that and nothing happens. The code for bringing up the IMEI doesn't work either. Is there something else I need to do?

I am on Verizon and the codes don't work either. It seems like Verizon's rom flash version disables/blocks users from using those codes. If you want to check your sensor for the known rotation issue, you can download Phone Tester app, free. It has hardware, network and a bunch of other options to check.
