Root # codes not working

Has anyone else noticed that their # codes aren't working? I can't seem to get mine working, and I'm wondering if it's my phone, root, or an overall issue with the phone

I only tested #646 and it opened My Verizon Mobile, so I'm guessing mine still work. I am rooted with the custom kernel by GT. Not saying flashing the kernel will fix it, but its nice to have. Try calling Verizon and tell them your phone isn't acting right and you need them to send a reset signal. Might not even fix it but its worth a shot
