Codeweavers develops a tool called Crossover that lets you run various Windows programs on a Mac or Linux computer.
The company is looking to extend this functionality to Android and they've just demoed it by successfully launching the Steam game client on a laptop running Remix OS.
For now, this will only work on Android devices that have an x86 processor though. So it won't run on something with a Snapdragon or MediaTek SoC at this time.
