Help Com.android.keyguard has stopped working

So I recently factory restore my tablet and it rebooted and whenever I turned it on i t displayed the message com.android.keyguard has stopped working and every time that I click ok one second later it shows it again Please Help

Did no one have an answer to this problem? It has just occurred on my MD701 tablet and it renders the tablet useless.
