com.android.launcher stop accidentally- what it means

Hi Everyone,
I got a ainol Novo 7 advanced. It worked fine before. I turned it on last night and said "com.android.launcher stop accidentally. Please retry" The tab cannot either turn off or take off the battery. Is anyone know how to fix it?

Go to Settings - Applications - select the All tab and go down to Launcher. Select it, clear data and cache, and reboot your phone.
