Com.android.phone has stopped

My lg connect has been showing " the process com.android.phone has stopped " and i lose my coverage and if i am messaging and it comes up then it kicks me out. I've tried everything from taking out the battery and sim card to doing a factory reset. Is there a app i can download to help this problem

Which model LG specifically do you have?

In the meantime, have you tried going into Settings-->Apps-->All-->Phone and cleared the cache? This might fix your issue.

I believe his phone is the Connect 4G jmar.
