com.android.settings stopped error & fc

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, so Hi everyone!
I'm having issue with my android phone: When I try to add a widget, I get an error 'com.android.settings stopped...' + force close. I have a Vodafone 945 .

Can anyone please help me with this.
