com.google.packageinstaller showing even when nothing installed , uninstalled or updated

My Google activity is showing used com.google.android.packageinstaller several times. Even when I had a done nothing and auto update of apps is off it is showing it. Can anyone please help and tell me the possible reasons. Is this possible someone has hacked my phone and trying to install something.

I had not even installed any third party app and even permission is not there for installation of third party app.

Please help !
Thanks in advance.

it will always show. It is a part of Android used to install apps. Will always run in the background. Not your phone being hacked.

Also phone is showing new file found but on clicking view, it redirects to home screen. Nothing found in download folder. Every time it is shown com.google.android.packageinstaller is also shown in Google activity.

Okay try going into >Settings> (G) Google and look for >Connected Apps> then search for what apps is connected to your device. In most cases the culprit will lie somewhere in there. Disconnect any Apps or websites you're not using in that location and see if the problem persist.

Ok sir. How to do power cycle ? And one more thing is this possible there is some scene of hack or spyware ?
Power cycling your device is turning it off and turning it back on. And no it's not hacked, it's just that your software need to reset itself.
