You updated your S4 and now you are unable to download things? Or are you having an issue downloading the update itself?
I would suggest registering at Android Forums and heading over to the Galaxy S4 forums and starting a conversation there. Who knows, maybe there is already a thread with an answer for you! There are a ton of very helpful people over there that would be glad to help you figure this one out!
