can anyone tell me what this is? and what it is used for? Why is it in activity on account?

Its in case the phone goes into safe mode and loads up an emergency launcher i suggest to not remove it because it can damage your phone if you do

when you "Ultra power saving mode" you see a dark simple launcher activate, thats "Com.sec.android.emergencylauncher"
its not emergency launcher for emergency situation, that related to emergency battery mode.(whn you have very low battery and turn everything off to extent battery life)
its disabled by default and will enable when you start emergency battery mode.

if you remove or disable it, do not use UPSM "Ultra power saving mode"
