"com.sec.android.scloudsync has stopped"

it comes up every ten minutes. the real problem is the screen freezes
for 5 seconds then the message appears and I have to press ok to remove the message but it returns every time--with the screen freeze.

Called Boost Support and was given instructions/steps to update software:
dial ##72786#
Enter Boost MSL Service Code--947697 (call your carrier for your code?)
Phone goes thru activation
Answer yes to PRL update
Answer yes to firmware update
phone turns off...then on automatically.

...AFTER SOFTWARE UPDATE above...did soft reset ...
...removed battery while phone is on...waited 20 seconds, re-installed battery then turned on phone.

My phone is a week old-still under Samsung warranty.
May switch it out if above solution does not work.
