Help combining apps for privacy

[Android Question]

Would there likely be a functionality problem with using the following apps together: orbot and orweb, and redphone and textsecure? Is it even possible to use them together?

It seems like orbot and orweb will protect my location while redphone and textsecure protect & encrypt the messages or phone conversation, but that none of them do everything; seems like either or...

I don't know the privacy apps in question, but you could try emailing the developers concerned and politely put your suggestions to them.
