Coming from rooted T-bolt

So ive recently switched over to the S3 from my thunderbolt. I loved that phone and enjoyed it more when i rooted it. Now i have put my SD card in the s3 and was wondering what i should do with all of the root stuff on my SD. Will any of the files mess up anything on my new phone if eventually down the road i want to root this phone.

None if the root files will mess up your phone but they won't work so you might as well delete them titanium backup might work after you root.
