Companionlink error

I just updated my Droid companionlink and the desktop version and now I can't sync. anyone else having this problem? This software has worked like a charm until this update. grrr.
 
Did not know there is a new Companionlink update that exists. Will have to update. I did receive a DejaOffice update yesterday and everything is good.
