Compaq External Monitor Issues

Ok guys so I have a problem lml.

I have a compaq cq60 422DX.
The screen's broken, so, I removed the screen and keyboard (I still have it) and unplugged the touchpad from the laptop and was running it as a desktop. (external monitor, usb mouse and keyboard) My software setup was wierd: Here's the setup I used to have.

Windows 8 64bit (Gaming and some other stuff, and yes light games and Xbox Smartglass and school work) 57 gbs
Windows 7 32 bit (Serious workstuff, running a youtube channel, some software for video capture) 57 gb
Linux (Linux and Unix development, stuff like that) 3gb
And A Wubi install, running Ubuntu 10.04 off of Windows 7

Now you may ask why two linuxes?
The 3gb partition never shows up when I install Windows, but the GRUB never leaves? So I had it installed to be able to boot up into those.

Now, I ran a System Recovery Disk (for windows 7) to try and restore Windows Bootloader and deleted the Linux Partition. Big Mistake.

Now NOTHING boots, no CD's like they used to (haven't tried USBs)
I installed linux on a blank drive on a different pc and tried to boot.. no go... usually works when I try.

Cd's spin when placed in the CD drive, all lights light up, but nothing boots up.

Now remeber, I cannot see BIOS or bootloader screens etc. so here's what I need help with.

Please help me install windows 7,8, and Linux (ubuntu 10.04).

It would helpful if someone could post pictures of ALL the bios pages along with the seconds to choose certain items (this way I could use bios without seeing the screen).

I can wipe the drive, I've backed up al my stuff

Thanks, and if any more info is needed I'll be waiting!
