Comparing the Hydro Edge

I haven't been able to use the Hydro with any kind of extended use, but have used 5 so far for about 10 minutes each. Overall for $150 and with Prepaid, the phone is great. Starting it up, I feel like I'm using a phone as fast as a Venice. The lag with minimal, unlike it's original phone The Hydro. Using the phone is pretty easy if you like a naked version of Android (personally I don't, but it's still good), call quality is great for a phone this cheap. Overall, if you're going with Boost Mobile, I'd say this is your first buy if you're on a budget right around $150-$190. The other option at the moment is the Venice (and soon to be Mach) and the Hydro Edge to me is just a better phone overall. It has the dual core processor as well which is a huge feat over the other phones in this price range.

Also it's Water and Dust Resistant, and feels pretty durable. However the back piece does feel really cheap and thin for a phone that is water resistant.

Hello Stickyy. This "Device/Carrier Comparisons" sub-forum of the Android Lounge is a great place to post about nuances of two or more phones/tabs and carriers, thus the move of your thread here. :)
