Where does it say specifically in Sept? You mean by Sept.... Sorry, but you really have to be specific on these fine little details here. People will go ballistic in here because we're all addicted to 2.2 like crack but we just can't have any yet unless you root which is like speed and crack mixed together.

in the lower right of the flash section of the article, hit the arrow until it gets to the dinc. under operating system is says 2.1 but 2.2 by september
 
Maybe they've changed it, but right now it says

As Rdjr74 said, people might just freak if it is stated as an actual release date - and they'll especially freak if that "deadline" isn't met.

I had this same reaction. Reading comprehension is fairly low with some people on this board then they post their BS and show how stupid they are.
 
Blah blah blah proper quotations or emphasis of the word "by" would've helped. You people take shit too serious. Im starting to enjoy the reactions when i don't use a smiley.

Just going off what you posted, no problems.

I never post negatively unless someone chimes in with an attack towards me. I wish people would take the time to think twice before they go after someone unjust. Wishful thinking!

it's CNN. They targeting a general, non-techy market. They all have 1ghz procs with similar architecture. And in terms of real world performance (not counting 3d games) performance is really the same for the average user.
