Help Compatible Roms with safestrap on GS3 (Verizon Prepaid)

hello i was trying to install CM on my S3 but it failed so i decided to try and install safestrap. it installed right and everythings good. now im still running 4.3 on Verizon prepaid. I have read that you cant use ASOP or CM or that paranoid rom based with safestrap. plus the rom needs to have 4.3 to match your original OS. So my question is can someone give me a list of compatible roms that are on 4.3? maybe 4.4 to? (in case if i ever upgrade) oh and ive read that i need a kernel that is stock to flash over the rom in safestrap or the rom wont work. something about the OS 4.3 and the kernal matching the stock OS. so if anyone could help me out. much appreciated
