Hello!
I am sending my Galaxy S7 Edge away to Samsung to get its cracked screen replaced, and in the details, they said they would perform a factory reset on the phone before any repairs no matter what.
Anyway, I have already backed up stuff, but I was wondering if there was a way to back up the entire phone as a whole on a computer or free cloud service where I could easily restore my phone completely to how it was before the reset once I get it back. I would appreciate any feedback very soon, cause I'm sending it off tomorrow.
