Completely clear (invisible) icons?

Does anyone know of an icon pack that has a completely clear icon? I want to set up dockbars with clear icons so my screen looks completely free of icons.

I know that I can set up folders and then assign a clear PNG to represent it, but I like the dockbars, and would rather go that route.

I do this using LauncherPro. All you have to do is put a clear PNG to be seen by the Gallery app then you just long press on the dock and it will allow you an option for a custom icon. Makes the wallpaper stand out and it looks clean/uncluttered. There are only 5 spots per dock, it's not hard to remember which one is which because they are in the same spots as when I had a picture icon...
