Completely deleting files so they can't be restored

Does anyone know of an app that completely deletes things from my phone by overriding the empty memory(where the deleted file is still in until something else is written over it) with random data so these things can't be restored with special programs?

First of all that depends on type of your storage if you have it on NAND or mSD. It is not recommended as due to wear leveling as it shortens the life expectancy. If you have sensitive data trust me then setup file containers in your PC using MG2 encryption and use it though phone you won't have to worry as its all preallocated.
