Computer connecting to Mobile Hotspot on samsung J7 but theres no internet

I just got data from Rogers and I've been trying to connect to my computer with it. My computer connects but under it, it says "connected, no internet" My phone is connected to the data and can access the internet but my computer simply cannot

I don't think this is a problem with the computers as I've tried two different computers and an android phone. Any help would be appreciated

Could be that Rogers doesn't allow hotspot tethering on your current data plan tariff. You'd need to check with them about that, maybe they need to provision and activate it.
