Help Computer recognizes Nexus 7 as APX

My nexus 7 suddenly wont turn on or charge at all and when I plug it into my computer, device manager is simply recognizing it as APX.

I cant load boot menu either.

I have no clue what to do about it, is anyone familiar with this and how it can be fixed? I've tried quite a few things and no luck.

APX the bootloader is messed up ie your device is bricked.
