Connect my Turntable to my phone speakers

My turntable is a bluetooth 4.2 broadcasting device looking for speakers to connect to. My android phone is also a bluetooth broadcasting device, with built in speakers. I want to route the turntable bluetooth output to my phone speakers. How do I get my phone to look like a receiver, not a broadcaster? How can I do it in Java or C#?

Right now I can't since both the Turntable and the phone are bluetooth transmitters. Unless there is a way to turn on receiving mode (which would be great), two transmitters won't pair.

Please expand on that? My phone bluetooth does not list the bluetooth turntable as an available device.

Put the turntable in pairing mode.
There's probably some button combination listed in the instructions for the turntable.

I want the turntable in pairing mode transmitting. I'll have to look and see if I can change my Samsung S8 Note bluetooth adapter to receiver mode.

I have been unable to find any code that will allow me to scan for bluetooth broadcasting devices. Anyone?

Turn on Bluetooth on your turntable.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Search and choose pair.

Out of the box, that doesn;t work. The phone is only capable of seeing receiving devices, not broadcasting devices.
