There is no BBM for Android. However, there is a gTalk client for BB. Have your Berrybros log in to gTalk to talk to you. The client looks the same as BBM on their phone anyway.

Cnectd is a BBM type program that needs to be installed on the Android phone and on every BlackBerry phone you want to "BBM". I tried it and it works fine but I decided to just go back to regular SMS instead.
