Connect USB camera to my android phone?

Hello, I have a tube camera that i want to connect to my Samsung Galaxy spica i5700, is there any apps that can display and record from a external camera like this?

If not, is there any source code you know of for a similiar app that i just can change the drivers etc?

No. Android doesnt have usb host support. Therefore you cannot connect anything to the micro usb port. If it was bluetooth, maybe.
