Connect web service in my local machine using android

hi friends,

Im new to android application.now im develop login for my first android app but that also create some proble.

I've written web service using php then hosted to my local machine.
The web service is call by using android, i couldnt call the web service.
pls suggest to solve the problem

url :http://192.168.1.10/BBAPI/
method :Login
