Connecting a USB Stick / USB Device To Android

Hi,
Does anyone know how you can connect a Flash Drive to android phone? I have HTC Wildfire, and a MultiUSB Cable.

I saw the video out here, but dosen't seem to work.

No, because android phones do not have usb host drivers to host the drive.
