connecting online radio in app

I don't know if Im doing everything right. I am a new developer and I have tryed a lot of tutorials but nothing is working.
I was hoping someone could help out in any way possible. This is my url

Well I just watched this video tutorial and suggest you start here.

Ensure you have your port set up properly.
check this page and make sure ur system is compliant with the setups given

Well, I can connect to the radio. The link work but im trying to stream it through a android app. Im writing codes to for a radio app with this link implimented as the radio streamer. But I will look into the video now. Thanks so much
