Help Connecting to WEP secured wifi connections efficiently?

My workplace uses WEP encryption for its wifi network.


Unfortunately, my phone's wifi frequently disconnects if I'm connected to wifi with WEP security.


However, its network connection works perfectly if it's connected to wifi having any other type of security like WPA or WPA2.


How can I efficiently connect to WEP secured wifi connections?


Well, I don’t want to convince the network administrator at my workplace to change wifi encryption to something else.

Well, I don’t want to convince the network administrator at my workplace to change wifi encryption to something else.

You might have to. WEP has been deprecated as being completely insecure, they might as well leave it open, no password, and many modern devices just will not connect and support WEP for security reasons. WPA and WPA2 no problems of course.
