Help Connecting to Wifi

I just recently got a Samsung Galaxy Apollo phone and have been trying to get it to work with my home wifi connection. I've got a Belkin wireless router secured with WPA2 PSK. When I switch wifi on my phone it can detect my wireless network, but when I type in the password it tells me that I've typed the password incorrectly. I've checked and it is definitely the right password. I have several other devices linked up to the wireless network already so don't understand why it won't work for the phone. Can anyone help?

Have you done Capital lettters if your one has them?

Yes. I checked it on my laptop (when it initially didn't work to check if I was simply typing it incorrectly) and got all the capitalisation and punctuation correct.

BTW - I'm on O2 no 3 - although I'm not sure this should make a difference.

Still had no luck. Managed to get it to connect on my parent's Wifi without any problems, but still keep getting the message that the password is incorrect on my home Wifi.

My password does contain both " and ! so not sure if this is likely to be causing the problem.

Alternatively, is it likely to be the provider? My broadband is with Talktalk.

I managed to fix it. Just in case anyone else has this problem, as soon as I removed the " and ! from my password it connected fine.
