Connecting to wifi

Metro PCS ZTE Score is not connecting with the easy wifi app.; nor is it connecting to the fios network . Please help me.

Welcome and thank you for contacting Android Forums!

Have you tried rebooting your router and rebooting your phone? I sometimes have to do this with my devices and my FIOS router.
