I have a LG Optimus G through Sprint .My screen on my phone cracked. I have been trying to get it connected to my computer so that I can back up all of my photo's before my new one arrives. Problem is, it will only charge my phone and not recognize it as a storage device. The other problem is that with the screen cracked, I cant unlock it to switch the charging to mass storage. I plugged my husbands phone in to see if I could get his to work, and his went automatically into the storage and I was able to back up all of his photos. If anyone has any suggestions or Ideas to help that'd be greatly appreciated!
