Connection to computer

Hi I have an android box 2.3 A9.

When I try to find my pc via the network it does not detect it. I used other applications which find my computer but cannt play the movies using them. What should i do to be able to detect my computer through the network application?

have you installed the es file explorer? If yes, start the app, click on LAN, then click on search, there shpuld the computers in your network should be visible. If they are not visible, you have to set the right settings on your computer, this depends on the operating system...
