I did a little more research and it turns out the 2018 version released back in November was for both IOS and Android. So it seems to me that as long as each OS player has the app installed then login into the Dream League Soccer site should let Android and iOS players play each other.

I'm not at all sure if that's something you could do device to device without that website though.

Yeah I tried but didn't worked. I deleted the dream league soccer game PES 2018 is better
