connections for simultaneous call and music output

I've read that this is app dependent, and I know wireless output would be an option, but I'll want to simultaneously output WIRED to both a headset and speakers.

The phone will have both USB-C and 3.5mm (the usual female TRRS). (3.5mm audio-only outputs are TRS.)

Could it work to use a USB-C to 3.5mm TRS adapter such as https://www.amazon.com/Vention-Retractable-Plated-Type-c-Speaker/dp/B07B3N1LZ6 for the speaker output?

I don't suppose I want to use something like https://www.amazon.com/MillSO-Headset-Splitter-3-5mm-Adapter/dp/B07569QKQQ to split the TRRS like I need (even if I did I can't find a male-TRRS-to-female-TRS adapter, and would end up weakening the output by splitting it), because I guess then both my headset and the speakers would be playing both the music and my caller.

Is there something else I'm missing?

Edit: Oops I forgot I'd also like to simultaneously charge; so maybe I need a USB splitter or a https://store.google.com/product/moshi_usb_c_digital_audio_adapter too?
