Considering the Exhibit 2, Need Advice

I currently own the Samsung Intercept on Virgin Mobile. The phone kinda sucks and so does the 3G coverage.

I want a new phone and I am considering either the Exhibit 2 on T-Mobile or the HTC Evo on Virgin Mobile.

The main reason why I am considering this over the Evo is because T-Mobile 4G coverage is much better in my area than Virgin Mobile/Sprint 4G coverage is.

Would the Exhibit be a big step up from the Samsung Intercept? Would I be happy with it compared to the Intercept?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you going with T-mobile pre-paid? I will assume so since you are comparing them to Virgin Mobile.

The Exibit 4g is better than the Intercept for sure. Not quite as good as the Evo, as far as specs go, but you'r internet speeds will be better. HSPA is faster than Wimax, and that's assuming your not in a HSPA + area. If you are then you'r speeds will be WAY better.

Have you considered a used phone? You can get an HTC Sensation, Samsung Galaxy 4g, HTC Mytouch 4g, or a few others for around the price of the Exibit used. I picked up a Galaxy Vibrant from a pawn shop for $80, as I'm saving up for a Galaxy Nexus.

Their prepaid service is pretty good. I just switched over from Metro PCs a couple months ago and I'm very happy.
