Help constantly crashes

hello, i hope someone can help me. i have a kyocera rise and for the last 2 weeks or so. everyone of my apps including launcher will either freeze, crash and close, and ANR errors. i have tried all that i could think of- dalvik and app caches, reboots and pulled battery, looked for misbehaving apps i uninstalled 2, looked through the logcat... but i am at a loss if anything it is worse...​

Since it appears from your description that your phone is rooted and you are running an Android version < Lollipop 5.x, take a full backup and then do a factory data reset. If that doesn't fix it, I would suspect that you either have a hardware problem or have deleted some essential app or service.

Yes it is rooted but is only ICS. Have done a backup on Titanium and several resets. I have been very careful about deletions since i have made that mistake before. I have this phone less than a month it replaced the one before... but thank you so much for your response.
